At Tran Duong, internal activities are organized regularly such as monthly lunch, team building, new year eve - new year events, ... this is an opportunity for everyone to relax after the stressful working hours and moreover, this is the opportunities for colleagues, leaders and employees to listen and engage more closely together, to have an effective communication in an organisation, bringing people the comprehensive view about the company.

In order to improve the working ability and meet the global trend, Tran Duong's leaders always organise training activities to update knowledge, listen to employees and customers to change and improve ourselves. In particular, Tran Duong also gives opportunities for staff to have the business trips, visit abroad partner companies to learn, improve and update the newest knowledge around the world such as: Visit to the office of TOLI, Lilycolor wallpaper factory in Japan and especially the technical transfer of GOELST in Netherlands.

With the spirit of solidarity, sympathy and sharing difficulties with the community, Tran Duong and all employees always devote a specifical budget for charitable activities, support the orphanages, street children in difficult circumstances as well as visiting and giving gifts to the lonely elderly. These are annual activities of the company with the desire to make a small contribution to support the community for a better life.
